These Terms and Conditions govern the use of veterinary consultation services provided by MyPetVet.in. By booking a consultation, you agree to be bound by the following terms:
1. User Responsibilities
Users are expected to be present and prepared for the consultation at the scheduled time through the selected medium (video call, phone call, email, chat box, or in person at home).
If the user fails to attend the scheduled appointment, or is not present at the registered place of residence (in case of a physical visit by the practitioner), no refund will be issued.
If the user is unwilling to follow the suggestions or treatment plan prescribed by the practitioner, no refund will be applicable.
2. Medical Advice Compliance
Users must comply with the prescribed treatment and medication provided by the veterinary practitioner.
If a user fails to follow the prescribed treatment or chooses to act upon incorrect advice obtained from other sources, and this leads to any harm or deterioration in the animal’s condition, neither MyPetVet.in nor the veterinary practitioner will be held liable, and no refund will be issued.
Responsibility lies with the user to follow the medical advice correctly. Misuse or deviation from the given prescription is solely the user’s liability.
3. Consultation and Medical Responsibility
If a practitioner prescribes medication or treatment for the animal, and the user (or animal handler) fails to administer it properly, resulting in worsening health, MyPetVet.in and the practitioner will not be held responsible.
In such cases, no compensation or refund will be provided.
4. Cancellation Policy
If Cancellation is Initiated by the User:
More than 4 Hours Before Scheduled Appointment:
100% of the consultation fee will be refunded.
Convenience fees are non-refundable.
5. Refund Process
All refunds will be processed via the original method of payment.
Refund timelines are subject to payment gateway and banking partner policies.
